After receiving the 6 maps from Mapiful, they offered me to solve my mistake with one of the maps by giving me a new chance to reorder a map with a correct design. Also, the customer service is incredible! I made an order for a map of my hometown. I noticed my mistake far too late for them to change it (I had forgotten to zoom in like I wanted). Mapiful ended up giving me a 50% discount coupon to purchase another one anyways, even though this mistake was complete my fault.

Wonderful item and better customer service! Even though part of my order (the frame) was out of stock, I still rated five stars. The response was quick and offered choices, of which I went with the refund. It was processed very quickly and the rest of my order came in short order after that.
